Overview:
The heatbed nozzle wiper is designed for cleaning the hotend nozzle before starting a print job. The machine's heated bed comes with a built-in nozzle wiping kit, and the cleaning action is automatically performed after initiating each print task without the need for manual intervention.
 
Over time, the silicone wiper bristles can become damaged, and the metallic wiper may wear out or become bent. Common issues that may indicate the need for replacement of the A1 mini nozzle wipers include:
1. Inadequate cleaning of the nozzle during the pre-print preparation step
2. Filament adhering to the nozzle tip during bed leveling, resulting in an inconsistent first layer
3. Visible damage or wear on the nozzle wipers.
